HAWIA-EAA Scholarship Flights

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY FOR FLYING!! The young women who were the recipients of the HAWIA-EAA Scholarship took flight on May 11th. For most of these girls this is the first time they'd been in an aircraft. Now they can say that the first time they were in a plane they flew it! The smiles each one of them had on their face when coming out of the plane was so amazing to see! I hope from this experience they continue with aviation weather  as a career or even as a hobby because the possibilities are limitless!

Aviation enthusiasts and members gather to discuss aircraft building, maintenance, flying techniques, and share stories. Members often showcase ongoing projects, exchange tips, and sometimes host guest speakers or workshops on various aviation topics.

The New Jersey Aviation Education Council (NJAEC) is a non-profit statewide organization that provides a network for students, educators, the aviation/aerospace industry, and government to interact and share knowledge and resources, in order to promote the exciting opportunities available in the world of aviation and space. 

Pancake Breakfast and Fly In! Enjoy a nice breakfast with fellow aviation enthusiasts. Come and see warbirds, antique, experimental, and unique aircrafts. This event is free and open to everyone!
